Call for Presenters and Registration Now Open!

Dr. Kolb HeadshotAs we begin the calendar year of 2018, and close out our first semester in Berrien County, we thought it was time to launch our Call for Presenters and open our registration process for this year’s event. As you already know, we will be welcoming two amazing keynotes over the course of our two-day conference. On Monday, Dr. Liz Kolb, an assistant clinical professor at the University of Michigan will kick us off. On Tuesday, we will have Nick Provenzano take the stage to share the how Making in education can be transformational. Overall, this fits our theme this year of really helping to change the way that we think about technology in education.

Nick Provenzano HeadshotIf you are interested in attending the conference, you can get registered here. Last year, we had over 50 different presenters from across the state with over 80 unique sessions being offered with over 200 of your closest friends, colleagues, and fellow educators. One attendee called it a “more manageable MACUL.” If you have an interest in doing things differently in your classroom and need ideas, the Lake Michigan Tech Conference is for you. We are conveniently located off of Interstate 94 near the intersection of Interstate 196 and US Highway 31. All roads lead to the Lake Michigan Tech Conference! In our corner of the state, we have beautiful Lake Michigan beaches, fantastic restaurants, excellent microbreweries, vineyards, and lots more fun for the whole family. Make a trip out of your professional development! We would love to have you come and visit our corner of the state and get some professional development at the same time. If you have any questions, feel free to email us and ask.
